Complex of respiratory reanimation " Pneumocomp - 1 "
is intended for needs of emergency medicine and allows to carry out respiratory reanimation of adults and children older 1 year straight on the place of accident, at home, in conditions of medical transport, and in hospital. Complex consists of artificial lungs ventilation block, pneumatic aspirator, an inhaler and the block of a pneumopower.
Artificial lungs ventilation block (parameters): 1. regulation of volume of minute ventilation from 3 up to 20 l/min, at work on a air-oxygen blend; 2. regulation of additional stream of gas up to 50 l/min; 3. regulation of ventilation frequency in a range from 10 up to 50 1/min; 4. constant ratio of breath and exhalation duration: 1:2: 1:2; 5. constant concentration of oxygen in a respiratory blend of 50 % (in view of oxygen of air); 6. PDKV in a range 0 - 15 sm.; 7. maximal working (safe) pressure of 50 sm; 8. time of operating conditions installation is no more than 30 sec.
Pneumatic aspirator creates maximal vacuum in capacity-collection - not less than 0,5 kgs / sm2 with productivity on water not less than 1 l/minutes. Aspirator is disconnected automatically at filling the capacity - collection.
Inhaler provides realization of inhalation by the humidified oxygen with the maximal charge of water - not less than 10 ml / hour and inhalations of medical substances with the maximal charge of respiratory gas - not less than 10 l/minutes.
Block of a pneumopower provides complex blocks with power by the compressed oxygen with pressure on exit of block 4,0 kgs / sm2.
Complex blocks provide uninterrupted mode of operation - not less than 8 hours per day at presence of a pneumopower.
